‘Vanderpump Rules’ scraps entire cast for Season 12, replacing with ‘new group of close-knit SUR-vers’

Season 12 of “Vanderpump Rules” will include a completely new cast.

Bravo revealed on Tuesday that a “new group of close-knit SUR-vers” will replace the entire ensemble of the Emmy-nominated reality show.

In a statement, Lisa Vanderpump praised the change.“Vanderpump Rules” is returning for Season 12 with a new cast.

“A new group of close-knit SUR-vers” has replaced the previous co-stars.

The 64-year-old former cast member of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” exclaimed, “The past 12 years of filming have been an extraordinary run full of laughter, tears, and everything in between.”

“I am very grateful to everyone who has shared their lives with me. “I love you all so much,” she added. One shift constantly gives way to another in the restaurant industry. To the upcoming cast of “Vanderpump Rules,” cheers!

It is “a thrill it is to build on the legacy of this series by doing it all over again,” according to executive producer Alex Baskin.

“With deep respect for the original group and their legendary run, we are excited for the audience to witness a vibrant new group of friends and coworkers navigate life together,” he continued.

Lisa Vanderpump is ready for “the next generation” of the show.

It premiered in 2013.

The cast and launch date for the redesigned series have not yet been revealed, although production is scheduled to start next year.

With Stassi Schroeder, Scheana Shay, Jax Taylor, Katie Maloney, Tom Sandoval, and Kristen Doute, “Vanderpump Rules” made its debut in January 2013.

In later seasons, the cast has changed, including James Kennedy, Raquel Leviss, Ariana Madix, and Tom Schwartz.Viewership peaked after Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss’ cheating scandal in 2023.

When Sandoval, 42, cheated on Madix, 39, with Leviss, 30, after nine years of dating, the number of viewers reached its height.

Seasons 10 and 11 of the show, which aired in 2023 and 2024, respectively, dealt with the fallout from the issue, which was termed “Scandoval.”

Shay, Maloney, Sandoval, Schwartz, Madix, Kennedy, Lala Kent, Brock Davies, and Ally Lewber were all featured in the most recent episode.Season 11 led to many cast divisions.

Kent acknowledged last week that she doesn’t communicate with Katie Maloney or Madix.

Many differences among the cast members were exposed during the reunion. Kent, 34, acknowledged last week on “Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen” that she hasn’t spoken to Madix or Maloney, 37, since.

In an Instagram carousel, Kent responded to Tuesday’s stunning cast reorganization by stating that she and her co-stars “rocked this bitch until the wheels fell off.”
