After Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco announced their engagement, congratulations are in order!

The 32-year-old actress from Only Murders in the Building posted an up-close photo of her enormous engagement ring to Instagram on Wednesday night (November 11), writing, “forever begins now.”
Blanco, 36, dropped the question over a romantic picnic, according to the star’s carousel, which also featured a photo of her sitting on a blanket with picnic gear and beaming from ear to ear.
The ‘Rare’ singer appeared to be on the verge of tears in the third selfie, which saw her covering her lips with her left hand. The fourth image featured her flashing her ring to the camera while the producer put his arm around her and planted a kiss on her head.
In his comment beneath the image, Blanco expressed his readiness to formally announce their union: “Hey wait… that’s my wife.”

Numerous well-known people showered the comment section with congrats to the happy newlyweds.
“Yes, I will be the flower girl,” wrote Taylor Swift softly, and “HONEY!!” replied Jennifer Aniston. “Congratulations, dear mother!” Cardi B added, “Waiiiitttt, wait a minute!”
“Congratulations to you both It must be the cooking,” said Gordan Ramsey, and Lily Collins responded, “Ahhhhhhhh yes yes yes! The best news ever. I’m very delighted for you two.”
‘Love You Like A Love Song’ singer also posted a video of herself FaceTiming someone who is yelling with joy while she raises her hand to the camera on her Instagram Story.
Before becoming public, Gomez and Blanco kept their romance out of the public eye for a few months after they began dating in the middle of 2023.
When the Grammy-nominated artist appeared on The Howard Stern Show in May, he informed the host that he could picture himself getting married to the Wizards of Waverly Place star.
“When I gaze upon her… “At the time, he remarked, I’m always like, I don’t know a world where it could be better than this.”
“Without going into too much detail, I think it’s just really important to meet someone that respects you,” Gomez told Zane Lowe of Apple Music in February when discussing her relationship with the record producer.
Additionally, I believe it’s rather pleasant to rely on someone who is aware of the world in which I live. It’s great, she continued, “but I’d have to say overall it’s the safest that I feel, and it’s been really lovely, and I’ve only grown through it.”
