Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs are accused of raping a 13-year-old girl during an after-party.
After entering a not guilty plea on September 17th for allegedly using his “power and prestige” to drug sex workers during his “Freak Off” events, Combs, 55, has stayed in jail.
He has been accused of sexual misconduct on several occasions by more than 120 accusers.
According to Houston attorney Tony Buzbee, there were 60 male and 60 female accusers in the lawsuits, with 25 of them being minors at the time.
“When you talk about the ages of the victims when the conduct occurred, it’s shocking,” said Buzbee.
In a statement to LADbible Group, Diddy’s attorney refuted every accusation.
“He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation,” it continued.
The same attorney is now suing Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, after an accuser says he and Diddy sexually assaulted her during an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty in 2000.
The 55-year-old Jay-Z has vehemently refuted the allegations in a statement.
“My lawyer received a blackmail attempt, called a demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee,” he stated.
He had anticipated that I would want to settle because of the gravity of these accusations and the public scrutiny.
“No, sir, it did the exact opposite! I felt compelled to publicly reveal you as the phony that you are. Therefore, no, I won’t give you a single red penny!
“I beg you to file a criminal complaint rather than a civil one since these accusations are so egregious!
Would you not agree that someone who would perpetrate such a crime against a youngster ought to be imprisoned?
“If that were the case, these accused victims would be entitled to true justice.
“I’ve done some research on this lawyer, and it appears that they frequently use these kinds of theatrics!
“Mr. Buzbee, I have seen people like you countless times. I don’t know how you become such a horrible person. I’m more than ready to handle your kind of person. You say that you’re a Marine? You lack honor and respect, whereas Marines are renowned for their bravery.
“My family is the one thing that breaks my heart. My wife and I will need to have a conversation with our kids, one of whom is old enough that her friends will undoubtedly read the press and inquire about the veracity of these allegations and the brutality and avarice of people. I lament the loss of innocence once more. Young children shouldn’t have to go through such things. It is unjust to have to attempt to comprehend unfathomable levels of evil intended to destroy human soul and families.
“My sympathies and sympathy are with the real victims throughout the world who must witness how this ambulance chaser in a cheap suit has dressed up their life narrative for financial gain.
“You’ve made a grave mistake by assuming that all “celebrities” are the same. Your world is not where I’m from. I’m a young man who survived the Brooklyn project. These kinds of games are not what we play.
“Our honor and codes are really stringent. You seem to take advantage of individuals for your own benefit, while we safeguard children.
“Only your network of conspiracy theorists and false physicists will accept the ridiculous accusations you have made against me, which would be absurd if not for the seriousness of the harm to children.
“I look forward to showing you just how different I am.”
