Jake Paul issues brutal promise to Mike Tyson after he savagely slaps him the night before highly anticipated fight

Mike Tyson’s weigh-in Friday night left Jake Paul feeling a touch flushed.

Tonight (November 15), the 27-year-old will take on boxing great Tyson in the ring at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Paul may earn up to $40 million from the eagerly awaited bout, while Tyson, who is 31 years older than Paul, is predicted to earn an incredible $20 million.

In the lead-up to tonight, the two have engaged in a number of slanging battles, but Tyson’s smack across Paul’s face during yesterday night’s weigh-in (November 14) escalated into a violent altercation.

Tyson weighed 16st 4 lbs, 1 pound heavier than Paul.

Paul crawled up to his opponent, facing away from him, and was promptly slapped.

After the vicious punch, Paul staggered backwards while security shoved Tyson away from Paul.

As the 58-year-old was being led away, Paul teased him by blowing kisses.

The YouTuber said, “I didn’t even feel it,” after the slap. He’s upset. He is a small elf who is furious.

“Mike Tyson, I thought that was a cute slap, buddy, but tomorrow you’re getting knocked out,”

Paul continued.

He went on to rant: “Now it’s personal. He must now pass away.”

Many have wondered why Tyson is going back into the ring after nearly two decades of retirement, particularly to take on an amateur like Paul, ahead of this evening’s match.

Even though he will receive a sizable payout, he maintained that money had no role in his choice.

Tyson stated, “This fight is not going to change my life financially,” in response to a question from LADbible Group about how much he thought he could earn from the bout. It wouldn’t make a financial difference in my life if I did it for free. You don’t have to wage this battle, my wife tells me all the time.

He continued by explaining his motivation for agreeing to the well-known fight: “This is me, this is what I want to do. I’m looking for my fame.Following the altercation, security had to intervene (Christian Petersen/Getty Images)
