Evander Holyfield, 62, wants to face Mike Tyson in a trilogy. Tyson, 58, fought Jake Paul this past weekend, although he had trouble throwing punches because of a knee problem.
Holyfield provided an unbiased evaluation of Tyson’s performance while attending the bout at AT&T Stadium.
It’s evident that Tyson’s leg wasn’t feeling well. He was unsteady.
Holyfield criticized Tyson on social media despite the poor performance. Holyfield wrote, “The fans want it 🥊 #unfinishedbusiness.”
Tyson put an end to any fight rumors against Holyfield right away.
“The trilogy is our friendship, but I love you, brother.”
Following his defeat, Tyson disclosed that he had been dangerously close to death before facing Paul.
“I nearly passed away in June. received eight blood transfusions. I had to fight to become fit so I could fight, and I lost half my blood and twenty-five pounds in the hospital.
“No guy has the right to demand that my kids watch me square off against a skilled fighter half my age for eight rounds in front of a crowded Dallas Cowboy stadium. Thank you.
